The Right Time to Become Nurse Faculty
There is a serious need for more nurse faculty in the state. New Jersey is suffering from a severe nurse faculty shortage - there is currently a 10.5percent vacancy rate for nurse faculty, and with many nurse faculty approaching retirement, that vacant rate is likely to increase.
