Scholars are selected by individual grantee schools. Please see your nursing program for details.
- How many scholars are programs expected to support?
Master's programs will be expected to support at least 12 scholars over the life of the grant. All 12 scholars must have completed all coursework necessary for graduation by Aug. 2012.
- What is the student scholarship expected to cover?
Grants will be used to cover tuition, fees, books, and $50K per student, per year stipend.
- Most of my students go part time. Are they eligible as well?
No, all scholarship recipients must be pursuing full time study.
- Do the scholars have to be from New Jersey?
While New Jersey residents are preferred, non-residents, attending New Jersey master's programs full time, are considered eligible as well.
