NJNI’s Population Health Seminar Series is dynamic programming focused on Population Health Concepts in Nursing. The goal of our program is to prepare faculty and clinicians in both the content related to population health and approaches for catalyzing curriculum and practice revision to be congruent with the changes in the health care landscape.
Below you will find the pre-work for the Population Health Seminar Series. It is expected that you will have reviewed all of the webinars before attending the in-person sessions. The credit units associated with this activity will be incorporated into the final certificate.
