How do I login?

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password here.

Where do I access the modules?

Log in here and click the Go to Courses button at the bottom of the Welcome screen.

Do I have to pay to take the modules?

If you are affiliated with an institution that has purchased the modules, you can contact your administrator by checking the list HERE. If you do not see your institution, please email njni@njha.com to inquire about individual pricing.

How do I know if my institution has an account?

Please check this page HERE to see if your institution has an account.

How do I get my institution’s access code?

Please check this page HERE and contact your institution’s administrator who will be able to provide you the access code.

How long will I have access to the modules to complete them?

You will have 2 years from your institution’s contract date to complete the modules at your own pace. Please contact your institution’s administrator for exact dates.

Can I start / reset / stop the module if I need to?

Yes, you can play, stop, pause or restart a module at any time.

Will the module pick up where I left off?

Yes, the module will ask if you would like to start where you left off.

What happens if I do not get a passing score on the assessment?

You will need to review the module and take the assessment until you reach a passing score of 80%.

Where do I print my certificate?

You will have the option to download or print your certificate after passing the assessment.

How long will the program store my data?

The program stores the data indefinitely.

Will my institution get a report of how I did?

Yes, your institution’s administrator will be able to pull reports of all their accounts’ users that will not be shared. NJNI will be able to pull de-identified aggregate data for analytical purposes only.
