Nurse Scholars: Passaic County
I wanted to become a New Jersey Nursing Scholar because I have always been interested in the field of education. I felt that this was a way in which I could blend my continued interest in the education field with my interest and degree in the field of nursing.
I pursued this scholarship because teaching and educating have always been a goal for me and I enjoy being able to share knowledge and 'aha!' moments with other fellow knowledge/education seekers.
I have learned from experience that a professor who is passionate about nursing can make a tremendous impact on the future practices of her students.
