New Jersey Nursing Initiative’s 8th Annual Meeting:Showcasing New Jersey: Innovative Nursing Partnerships for Building a Culture of Health, in partnership with New Jersey Health Initiatives and New Jersey Action Coalition.

This year’s annual meeting has been designed to highlight programs from around the state that are having an impact in moving towards a population health focus in nursing programs and community partnerships. Projects out of the NJNI, as well as partner groups NJHI and NJAC, will be presenting along with other cross sector organizations from NJ. It is sure to be a thought-provoking and informational session.
