NJNI Population Health Seminar Series Spring 2020

We are excited to bring you NJNI’s Population Health Seminar Series. We have been working diligently to bring you this dynamic programming focused on Population Health Concepts in Nursing. The goal of our program is to prepare nursing faculty and clinicians in both the content related to population health and approaches for catalyzing curriculum revision to be congruent with the changes in the health care landscape.
Nurses (all levels)
Overall Program Learner Outcome:
After successfully completing the course, the learner will have an in-depth understanding OF population health AND POPULATION HEALTH MANAGEMENT and will be able to identify at least 4 strategies/approaches for improving the health of communities/populations.
Successful completion of the course is defined as in-person attendance for 95% of the didactic learning session and a completed course evaluation.
